Welcome to UNLV! Each fall fall and spring, the Graduate College holds New Graduate Student Orientation. Even if you know the layout of the campus and have had your questions answered, we invite you to join us at the event. It will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other graduate students and get insider tips on your upcoming graduate studies experience.

What will I learn at orientation?
When you attend new graduate student orientation, you'll receive:
- Important information to facilitate your smooth transition into graduate education at UNLV
- Information on Graduate College policies and procedures
- Handbooks, important forms
- Information on graduate student funding
- Information regarding graduate assistant benefits, health insurance, direct deposit, policies, procedures, and more (if you're a graduate assistant)
