ADMISSIONS - DOMESTIC STUDENT

Admission Requirements

All advanced degree and certificate program applicants must meet these eligibility requirements to be considered for admission.

  1. Hold a baccalaureate or advanced degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
  2. Have a minimum overall grade point average of 2.75 (4.00=A) for the bachelor’s degree or a minimum 3.00 for the last two years.
  3. A student who has an advanced degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum overall GPA of 3.00 may, at the option of the graduate dean and department, be admitted to an advanced degree program with an undergraduate grade point average of at least 2.00.

Please note that the aforementioned requirements are the minimum requirements set by The Graduate College. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
